Awami Villas caters exclusively to the demand of the lower income class and is aimed to lessen the housing crisis of the country.
The housing units are based on pre-fabricated technology imported from Malaysia for building low cost houses in Pakistan. This technology has matured over last 20 years and has already contributed thousands of houses worldwide including 12,000 houses in Sarawak, Malaysia. The same technology has been used and successfully implemented in Australia, South America, South Africa and the Middle East.
The Awami Villas infrastructure will house all the facilities and amenities of life such as school, college, hospitals, parks, commercial areas, mosques and community club.
The Phase-I of the project has been launched in Bahria Town Islamabad, adjacent to the D.H.A Phase 2 Extension and on main Raiwind Road Lahore
